Our last full day, everyone except James drove down to Ocracoke island for the morning. We mostly saw the sights and searched for a BBQ grill for lunch. Unfortunately, all the grills at picnic areas have been removed from the island over fire concerns. We also did the only souvenir shopping of the trip. We bought Inga a national parks passport and got the stamp for Cape Hatteras National Seashore. I also purchased a pretty dress. :)
Pony pens for the wild ponies on the island
Inga was squeaking the whole way down the boardwalk.

There's my two favorite people, again.
Ocracoke lighthouse
Inga had a great time crawling around the boardwalk at the lighthouse.
You have to take a ferry to get to Ocracoke. It was Inga's first boat ride. She LOVED it.
Happy ferry riders
